School Work

This short film was an exit senior project for the final month of University. It was shot at Will's Pub in Orlando, FL and in a controlled soundstage at the school. The course of filming took place in an impressive 3 days, along with hurdles in the pre-production process. My position in the film was the on-site editor, or VTR. I've worked closely with the director, Jeff in the final post-production press. Our cut was selected as the film to present at graduation fest.

This project was edited by me as an outside project, a few months before my senior project. This film was submitted to the 2018 Orlando Independent Filmmakers Spring Flix (OIF) at Universal Studios City Walk. It won Best Supporting Actor and was nominated for Best Editor. The director, Juan, and creator of the film, Christina, was pleasant to work with and was kind to give me an IMDb credit.

This film was for my junior project. I've worked on set in the VTR department and worked closely and remotely with the director, Stephen to edit the film over the course of Christmas break. I've also done some VFX to simulate a "futuristic feel" to the movie. This was during my early stages of Visual Effects/Motion Graphics.

This project was a side project during my time in University. I was referred by the director's friend, and requested to help edit and touch up the sound in the film. I've consulted with the film's creator, Scott Mena about what parts needed touching up. I've delivered the final sound master over to Scott. He was gracious enough to issue me my first IMDb credit.

This was the first film project where we would take on positions in the set. This enacted as a knowledge check on certain positions we would take on. As a sophomore working with the juniors in this project, I would take on the responsibility to be the on-set editor (VTR) and final editor for the film. The director (Dustin) and I have taken some days to sit down and edit the project.
